What enters Foremind
Depending on the features you use, a workspace can include account and contact details, project scopes, drawings, photos, takeoffs, schedules, crew assignments, and client-update content.
Support conversations may also include the details you choose to share when you ask the team for help. The final legal notice will describe the applicable categories in full and distinguish account information from job information.
How it is used
Foremind is built to turn the material a contractor already has into estimates, schedules, crew coordination, and client updates. Information is processed to provide those requested product functions, maintain the service, and respond to support requests.
Any additional product-improvement uses, including the treatment of aggregate or de-identified patterns, belong in the final policy after they are confirmed. This page does not make a broader training or analytics promise on their behalf.
Service providers
Hosting, storage, communications, and AI-assisted features may rely on service providers acting on Foremind’s instructions. The final notice will identify the relevant provider categories, the purposes for each transfer, and the safeguards that apply.
Provider names, processing regions, and contractual details are intentionally not guessed here. They need to be confirmed before this page is treated as a complete legal disclosure.
