The service
Foremind helps organize the material around a construction job and produce working drafts for estimating, scheduling, crew coordination, and client updates. Features, availability, and included limits can change as the product develops.
The final terms will identify the contracting entity, the service agreement structure, and the rules that apply to paid plans, trials, early access, and account closure.
Human review
Estimates, schedules, crew assignments, and client-facing messages are working drafts. Review them for the facts, prices, timing, safety requirements, and commitments that apply to the specific job before using or sending them.
Foremind is not a replacement for the contractor, licensed professionals, trade specialists, or any other person whose judgment a job requires. The final terms will define this allocation of responsibility in formal language.
Your workspace
A contractor should have the authority to upload the scopes, drawings, photos, client details, and other materials supplied to Foremind. Do not use the service to upload credentials, secrets, unlawful material, or information you have no right to process.
Keep account access details private and tell the team promptly if you believe a workspace has been accessed by someone who should not have it. The final terms will set out the complete account and security responsibilities.
Use of the product
Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another workspace, use Foremind to deceive or harm someone, or use generated material in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Specific suspension, acceptable-use, intellectual-property, and dispute provisions are being confirmed for the final terms. This overview is not a complete list of contractual rights or remedies.
